So far its great! We have had it installed (husband did it with his friend) for about 1 month. It is fairly quiet but really powerful on the highest level. Ive noticed. I haven't even had to use the highest level yet. The light is super bright. I wish there was more than one level to the light though. It was fairly easy and straightforward to unstall. The problem we had was our vent hole was smaller than the stencil overlay so we didnt know what to do initially. We figured it out, had to cut the hole! It worked out. So far we are very happy with it. We have open concept kitchen and smells do not float upstairs anymore! That was my major qualm with the over ranger microwave hood. All the smells would float upstairs. Now I dont have that issue!. Sandy. Rio Rancho, NM. Fri Jul 24 2026

The slim profile makes it easy to fit 30-in standard cabinets and compact spaces. This has worked out great we had a electrician install this. I enjoy the three-speed fan for low medium and high it appropriately pulls up the steam and smells of cooking. I really enjoy the feature that you can pull the grates down to be able to clean all of the grease off. The only tricky part is getting in between the slats as there's no way to completely disassemble those that I've been able to figure out at least so you do need to soak them for a while and use a sponge in between each slat so it is a little time-consuming but typically have only done it like four times a year. The metal can be quite sure if I did cut myself so be cautious. The lights that are built into this I don't think would be bright enough to illuminate an area we had additional lights put in to our nook. The fan itself is not terribly loud you can definitely hear it but it's more quiet than our last one and I don't think it's reasonable to think a fan is going to make no noise. Overall happy with this and would purchase another one if this broke for some reason. We have had this for almost 3 years now and it works like new.. Jackie. Rochester, NY. Thu Aug 04 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently remodeled our kitchen and installed this range hood. I love the simple, sleek look of the hood. The lights are very bright and illuminate the cooktop well. The fan is a little loud on the highest speed but not so loud that it is annoying . The suction is great on this vent. Overall I am very satisfied with this range hood.. Mamat. Tue Jul 14 2026
