Its signature French doors open outward to provide up to 12 inches of extra clearance, giving you easier access to the oven. The gas cooktop features five sealed dual-ring brass burners with a powerful 100,000 BTU total output, including a 20,000 BTU burner perfect for rapid boiling, high-heat searing, or gentle simmering of sauces and melted chocolate. Heavy-duty cast iron grates span the surface for maximum stability and smooth movement of cookware, while the recessed enamel cavity helps contain spills for effortless cleaning. Inside, the 4.32 cu. ft. electric oven delivers 6,300 watts of cooking power with true convection technology, ensuring fast, precise, and consistent results. A speckled blue enamel interior adds durability and easy maintenance, while the triple-layer glass oven door window provides clear visibility without sacrificing heat retention.
