I am so excited about this range hood! As soon as I unboxed it, I could tell it was going to look amazing in my kitchen. The stainless steel finish gives it such a nice modern look and instantly makes my kitchen feel more like a space where I actually enjoy cooking. I love that it comes with both touch controls and a remote. The LED lighting is another feature I'm really happy about because I like having good lighting over my stove when I'm cooking. It even came with extra items like gloves and kitchen towels, which was a nice surprise. One thing I'm most excited about is the powerful suction. Whenever I fry food or cook something with strong smells, my kitchen gets smoky and I usually end up opening windows or cracking the door to air everything out. I'm really looking forward to not having to do that anymore! Knowing this range hood is designed to pull out smoke, steam, grease, and cooking odors gives me peace of mind. I also appreciate that the baffle filters are removable and dishwasher-safe. Anything that makes cleaning easier is a huge bonus for me. When they say that this is truly quiet it is kinda is but on highest setting its LOUD.... it really gets up the smells very powerful beautiful looking. Easy to install and looks good in the space. I’m most impressed with the fan noise, at max speed it sounds like a table fan or similar to white noise and not like a steam engine like most range hoods. Beautiful and quiet! Unit was fairly easy to install as this was a replacement for a 20 year old hood that had died. The "wax on, wax off" for fan speed didn't work well in test but needed to get it up. Issue persisted after install so I emailed support. The buttons and remote work perfectly. I was sent a video link on where your hand needs to be while swiping. This failed to resolve and I was asked to send a picture of the build sticker. Support confirmed the issue and are sending a replacement control board. It would be nice if the how to swipe video and any other manufacturer video, was included in the sales page or emailed on confirmation of purchase. The other issue I ran into was the sale price change. I bought the unit as an early Black Friday sale and then found that the price actually dropped further on Black Friday. Support offered to reimburse the difference and followed through! Thank you Emma with Dalxo \ IKTCH support! That said, in the future I will wait until Black Friday before making a large purchase like this in the future. (I would have leveled up to the one with 4 lights and better baffles.) I also like that it can be used as either ducted or ductless, which makes installation a little more flexible depending on your kitchen setup.
