We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. It's beautiful. I'm new to induction, so it's weird, so far, but I think that's about induction technology, not this stove. One super tiny complaint is the screws they give to put the black metal backsplash on are silver, so if your stove is in an island & you see the back of your stove, the screws stand out & look cheap.
