I've purchased a few items from Wayfair in the past, but I was in the middle of moving into my New Jersey apartment by myself, so things were too hectic to leave a review back then. However, I recently bought a Portable Hemming Machine and am so satisfied with it that I finally decided to write one. It’s the same brand I used to own. Although this is a slightly lower-tier model than my previous one, the price was about the same. I bought my old one in-store, but it’s really hard to find this specific brand and model from other suppliers right now. Plus, from my experience, other places usually have slow shipping. Since I needed it urgently, I went with Wayfair again based on my previous good experiences, hoping for fast delivery. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. Wayfair's customer service was incredibly kind and handled both the return and refund smoothly. I’d like to express my belated gratitude for that as well! Of course, this time the purchase was absolutely perfect with zero issues, so I didn't even need to contact customer service. Boasting an amazing 31.5 square feet of sewing space. When fully opened with quilt leaf and rolling caddy extended the assize is 99-1/2” wide by 79-1/4” deep. Don’t let these measurements scare you! When the quilt leaf is folded down and the rolling caddy is tucked under, the assize measures 99-1/4” wide x 22-1/2” deep for easy storage. With so much surface area the assize is ideal for quilting or large sewing projects. The large surface space also means you have plenty of room for multiple sewing machines or servers.

When you get it do not pull the preloaded thread through! I did and then spent a bit of time trying to figure out how to thread up. The trick is to tie new thread on the old and pull it through. Manual is OK but youtube help was invaluable. I really love this machine! Already made lots of stuff and really put it through the workhorse test by making reusable 'paper towels' by putting rolled edges on 9x9 flannel squares. I recieved my POOLIN today!!! I love it. Interface is extremely user friendly. The User Manual is very well written making it comprehensible. I was able personalize a quilt top immediately, and the stitching reslults were phenomenal. Also, I tested one of the preinstalled fonts, used the USB drive, and the wireless function via institch, which all functioned correctly. I have not tested the sewing function, but plan to. This machine arrived in perfect condition due to great packaging. It came with tools, sewing notions, and some embroidery supplies that can be stored in a very nice case or storage container.
