Oven was received and had damaged edges that were broken, I contacted the help desk and was told to contact GE , the oven was ordered from Wayfair and payment was made to Wayfair not GE. This is the cutest little gas range. I’m funny about how things look and this is really attractive. Comes with kit to convert to propane. I got a little scared when the back of the stove said natural gas only. And then realized that’s if you use that particular connection, so don’t freak when you see that. It has enough racks. It’s a convection oven as well, which is awesome for making things on several racks with even baking. Perfect for cookies, instead of having to bake a batch at a time. Has a drawer on the bottom for storage . There was absolutely nothing to do when you unpacked it, all the parts were there. Packed extremely well. There are a couple of interesting things about this range I wish I knew before ordering. I will say this range does look really great if you can work around the weird issues. 1) this range is not normal counter depth, which means there will either be a gap in the back, or you will have to have this pushed further in than your cabinets (which I think looks strange). I’m sure this information is in the specs, but it was something I overlooked (that’s on me. I was only looking at the specific width I needed). 2) there is no space underneath the range for your 220V outlet. Our old range had ample space, so I didn’t think we’d have an issue but we did. The only work around we figured out was to remove this massive granite block attached to the range that acts as a weight. Something I thought was very strange. Lol 3) This range does not come with a power cord. We were able to use our old one, but just an FYI that you will need to have one handy. Again I’m sure this is in the description somewhere. 4) there were some pieces that feel a little cheap (like the bottom drawer and the way the oven glass is attached. Summit Seems to be a nicely engineered product. This is the second appliance I have purchased of Summit Brand. I think it is so nice to be able to purchase a high quality item, made in USA, with high quality materials. The stove oven wraps the only 30 inch I found with glass top! The stove was delivered without a power cord on January 29, which the item description says is included. Immediately after receiving delivery and noticing the missing part, I called the 800-232-2174 number provided. A power cord was promised to me within 2-3 days. Thirteen (13) days later, after two calls from wayfair requesting I cancel the part order because one is already in the mail, I received a three (3) prong power cord.
