[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We searched for a replacement for our second-floor laundry all-in-one unit, enter Samsung. We went through a conversion to accommodate the electric dryer, and it was definitely worth it. To start, the size is wonderful. I never thought we'd have space in the closet. These units allow for that. We ordered the stacking kit and once stacked, we have room to add a shelf above the dryer. The washer holds 2.5-3 loads of clothes and is highly efficient. We've used every cycle programmed into the washer every one cleans the loads extremely well. You can connect the unit to the Samsung SmartThings App and customize loads if needed. The pre-programmed loads meet all of our needs. I would give it a 5/5, but the only downside is the drying time. Full disclosure, this may be because I'm used to a gas dryer. That said, a load of towels is taking two cycles to dry, and regular clothes take 1.5x's the selected cycle. Otherwise, I'm extremely pleased.. Righteousjules. Fri Apr 17 2026

Love my new dryer. My old LG was slowly dying and taking forever to dry. This new one is quick and efficient. I like the fact that I do not have to fill a container anymore with water for the steam feature, which I use a lot. Having it able to connect to the LG App is really convenient. I also like the duo door which is convenient for loading and unloading. Overall very happy and no complaints. My previous dryer lasted 14 years so I'm hoping this one does too.. Dee Do. Bronx, NY. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product arrived a month later than expected. However, the focus will be on the functionality of the dryer itself. We absolutely enjoy the dryer. Makes minimum noise and hardly vibrates. The location of the lint trap is thoughtfully placed. The screen is easy to use and we enjoy the notification chime. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars us because of the various settings. I've experimented with a few and the dry time is less than what the machine advertises at times. Capacity is great but the drying time is based on load size and what temperature is set. For example, I have to dry my towels twice despite using the towel setting. Have yet to try the wrinkle prevent setting. Next on my bucket list.. Pumo. Atlanta, GA. Wed Sep 23 2026

The dryer works great. Thanks for asking. The delivery team was awesome. They used harness straps and guided the dryer upstairs to the laundry room. The delivery team said the use of harness straps would avoid damages to the property and merchandise as the delivery of the washer. While delivering the dryer, the techs also noticed scratch damages to the washer door, which was visible to us with sunlight. The washer was delivered by Appliance Home Delivery techs, which resulted in multiple damages to the exterior home stucco at the porch entry,, noticed while the owner, Edgar, of Appliance Home Delivery was visiting to address damages to the interior walls, which was reported to the property manager, scrapes and dirt on the interior walls, which was cleaned up by the owner of the Appliance Home Delivery, and scratches on the doors of the washer, noticed by Appliance Home Delivery techs while delivering the dryer, which was remedied by Wayfair, with discounts applied to the costs of the washer. Damages to the exterior house stucco are still unresolved. Thanks.. T. Mon Sep 07 2026

The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick, efficient and polite. It was approximately the same price as everyone else, but because were members of Wayfair Rewards, we got a rebate of , I believe, 70, so it was worth it!. Richs. Saint Charles Il. Wed Apr 30 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does an amazing job and there are soooo many options to ensure your clothes get the right drying temp, etc. that they need. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! Dryer vents can rust but not usually this fast. Trying to stay on top of that but it's a bit of a bummer for such an expensive item. They should fix this!. Acm71. NC. Wed Dec 11 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This compact dryer has been such a nice addition for me. Just like the matching washer, I bought it for an upstairs laundry closet area where a normal size stacked washer and dryer just would not fit in my home. We are running the water lines next week and I honestly cant wait to get everything installed upstairs, but for now I’ve been trying it out in the basement and have been really impressed with it so far. One thing I had to learn at first is that heat pump dryers work differently than a traditional dryer. I was expecting clothes to come out feeling really hot, so at first I thought something was wrong, but once I read about how they work it made a lot more sense. It’s more energy efficient and much gentler on your clothes, which I really appreciate. The 40 minute quick cycle has been great for smaller loads, and I also love that you can set it to keep tumbling to help prevent wrinkles if you don’t unload it right away. The drum light is also a great feature and makes it much easier to see everything inside. Another thing I really like is the lint filter design. It has a nice double filter setup with very fine mesh that does a great job catching lint. I also love that this is ventless, because that opens up so many more options for where you can put it. It’s wonderful for spaces where you normally couldn’t install a dryer, and I also like that you can optionally hook it up to drain automatically instead of having to empty the water container. Another nice bonus is that it’s WiFi connected. I wouldn’t say that’s something I absolutely need, but it is really nice to have.
