I am happy with my purchase! My only issue is that is takes 1 hour for the whole bucket of water to make ice. other than that. I am happy. I’ll give it 9 out of ten.

The ice stays frozen in drinks for a really long time and makes ice quick within a minute of adding ice.

I ordered and received this ice maker on March 21st. My daughter opened it and started using it on March 27th for her birthday. Last week, May 5th (in less than 3 months) the ice maker started to make a loud noise and stopped working. I tried several times to clean it to see if that would resolve the issue, but it unfortunately is not working. I think it’s unacceptable for the ice maker to stop working in less than 3 months considering the cost and described value.
