It doesn’t spin very nicely so you have to put a lot of muscle in it for it to move. Putting it together, was very hard, especially when it didn’t come with a screwdriver. I was putting this together at work. My screwdriver is at home. Looks good. But doesn’t lower as low as I need it.. Sandra. Bakersfield, CA. Wed Jun 03 2026

This salon chair comes with a retractable headrest, maximizing comfort. It is a great choice for beauty salons and barber shops

The chair is beautiful, it was also a PAIN to assemble. Some holes where not aligned and even backwards which made it such a pain to assemble even with professional help. Another issue is the side lever seems to be defective I pull back and the chair reclines, I pull forward and the chair reclines I leave it alone and the chair reclines by itself if the client pushes back just a bit. There doesn't seem to be a lock in place position.. so long story short, if the client starts leaning back, rhe chair starts to recline by itself. Beautiful comfy chair, but it does have issues. Pair it with warm wood for a welcoming mood or crisp white and metal accents for a modern edge. Ordered two of these chairs for my salon. Every client has raved about how comfortable it is. Zero strain on their neck or back. The unit is a comfortable height for me (5"4) to wash my clients without having to hunch over. However I will say the only downfall to this is it is a little tall for clients to sit into without first using the stool. Overall I am VERY happy with this purchase. Assembly was easy for the first one, the second chair came with one incorrect part however customer service was easy to work with and immediately sent a replacement at no extra cost to me.. Amber. Polar Aurora Barber chair is made of high-quality PU leather material which is durable and stable. It will works well for your salon or spa shops.

I gave four stars because it does come with plastic where it needs to have heavy duty steal parts but you get what you pay for. Also, you need to pay close attention to how you put the hydraulic lift in because it doesn’t tell you in the directions how to install The hydraulic kick. After many attempts and using it with my hand to pump the hydraulic up, which is the only way to push the seat up so it gives you the 360 swivel otherwise it will not turn and you have to pull up on the kick to have the seat go down Nowhere in their directions. Does it tell you the difficulties that you’ll be facing with that part. The seat is very firm. I think it’s a wider bottom than expected and it’s going to be an improvement. . Heidi. US. The chair is nice, smaller then I thought even seeing the measurements. pretty easy to put together (all screws are already in the chair, you just have to unscrew most first then assemble part by part). Only issue is the base of the chair wont go all the way down on the pump but once it does Im sure it will stop the lil wobble it does. I figured the more I use the chair it should go down on the pump its just really tight now.. Anonymous. MD. Thu Nov 21 2024
