The chair itself is nice and the cushion is nice but the heated controls are a little delicate and they are put to the back of the armrest where you can’t see them. The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!. Opened only an hour ago but so far happy (other then the cons listed below) that I went with this chair. Pros It is sturdy, the chair seems to have been made with high quality materials and it’s incredibly comfortable! I have already made up my mind to bring it inside when not in use because it will work as an extra comfortable place to sit. My sons on the bigger side and has back issues- this will be heavenly to him! The base is thick and sturdy. The cording used also seems like nice quality. Cons The cushion (which I paid a higher price for) is not high quality at all. It is poorly made, stitching visible- I’m sure it won’t last especially if washed. The other Con (also what I paid a higher price for was the side table- honestly this doesn’t even sit level and is completely pointless. Just got this the other day and haven't officially "used" it yet, but sat in it a couple of times. It seems like a well built chair but time will tell. UPDATE 9/12/26 It took me awhile to figure out what I didn't like about this chair. It is a well made chair, but it's too short! I am rating this 5-stars based on my limited use of it so far. (If I find issues with it, I will come back and adjust the review. ++ The chair is very sturdy -- the square legs give the chair much better support that then typical round cylinder legs of other chairs. ++ This chair lays back farther than other zero gravity chairs I've had. Very comfortable. ++ The price of this chair (I got it on sale) was better than other chairs with lesser quality frames. My zero gravity chairs in the past have typically lasted only two years. While the mesh and attachment of the seat to the frame is pretty much the same as other chairs, this one does have double-straps which should last a bit longer.
