UPDATE the center leg kept bending sideways and the couch would fall down! Today the leg completely broke off. It’s just me in the home with the dog and we are gentle. Very disappointed!! Need new couch. Delivery day I wanted to love this couch, and there are things I really do like about it—but unfortunately, the negatives were hard to overlook. First off, the screws around the frame were difficult to get in because the foam was too thick and the screws wouldn’t catch the threads properly. It took much longer than it should have, and I had to redo sections multiple times. To make matters worse, the included Allen key stripped after just a couple of screws and didn’t fit the bolts properly. If you’re putting it together, definitely use your own tools. One of the most frustrating parts was the seat slats. You can’t get them in unless you loosen up the frame again after you’ve already secured it—which feels like going backwards and risks everything slipping out of place. Now that it’s assembled, I’ve been trying to enjoy it. The beige color is absolutely gorgeous—a warm, slightly speckled tone that fits beautifully with my decor. That’s definitely a highlight. Another major plus the entire couch is washable, which is rare and incredibly practical. That feature is probably the biggest trade-off for the comfort issues. Speaking of comfort—the seat cushions are very firm and slope down toward the center, so if you’re not sitting dead center, it can feel awkward. I’m hoping they loosen up over time, but for now, they’re not great for lounging. The back cushions are soft but under-filled, and the back itself is quite low—not nearly as supportive as it looks in the pictures. I’m planning to add throw pillows (maybe even a fluffy seat topper) to make it more livable. Overall, it’s a beautiful-looking couch with some thoughtful features like the washable covers, but the comfort and assembly left a lot to be desired. I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!. I like it, don’t love it. The slip cover is my favorite - it’s a thick linen and soft and really exceeded expectations there. It was really easy to put together. It’s not super, super comfortable like it’s pretty firm and the base has springs in it so it’s kind of hard and bouncy almost. Omg, I was doubting about getting this couch because reviews didn’t show pictures, but here is an honest review. Shipping was amazing, I was called 2 times before it came, one when he was heading this way and another one when he was here. The couch in general is amazing, fabric and cushions are so soft and it is loungey but you don’t sink into it, so it doesn’t make it easy to stand up but still VERY comfortable, all cushion covers are removable and can be washed which I think it’s the best specially having a pet or kids. okay love how the couch came out! I had a family friend build this and it took him a couple hours alone. I would say it was relatively easy. however the pillows are flatter than i assumed, they don’t have much structure to them in terms of laying on them , but that makes sense with them acting as the “back board”. I would recommend adding some pillows to lounge on instead of these. The comfort of it is alright, still kinda stiff feeling but i’m hoping when i use it more i’ll kinda break it in. Overall I really like this couch. It’s super cute, spacious, and looks great in my living room. The fabric is soft and I love having the ottoman. My main complaint is that the cushions are thinner than I expected, so it’s not as plush as it looks in the pictures. Assembly was also a little frustrating because some of the pieces were really difficult to fit together, and a couple of them still don’t fit together completely.
