Directions were difficult and not nearly as detailed as they needed to be. But end result was good. Took 1 person around 4 hours. It’s much taller than expected. Alicia. Vestavia Hills, AL. Mon Aug 24 2026

This thoughtfully crafted writing desk is the ideal gift, offering your child a spacious learning space combined with generous storage. It beautifully blends functionality with timeless design.

Actually pretty good for the price. I made two kids desks that weekend, this one out of partial board and foil and a solid wood one that cost more than double. This one had no damage and by far the better instructions and assembly process. The end results were about the same (both kids happy) and seeing this will probably only fit them for 5 years, I think this was the better choice. Loses a star because the LED lighting colors are all awful, not usable as task lighting, just for fun. And it seems to need to be reset constantly for the remote to work.. Djc. Columbus. Great quality and looks really nice and sturdy. I appreciate that they included all the tools needed. The instructions had errors and skipped steps so building it is tricky.. Maryke. Portland, OR. Thu Aug 13 2026
