The delivery was professional however the customer service was not. I called wayfair while waiting for the item to ship because I saw at 1 point that the assembly was being offered for free after I made my purchase and I wanted to add this to my order. I was told that it was going to be included but when I asked again the day before delivery, I was told that they didnt know what I was talking about. What I dont like is being told different things by different people. I would not be disappointed if I was never told that the service was going to be free only for them to tell me this was not the case 24 hours before delivery and furthermore if I wanted it now it would cost me $90.. Great size for a basement office window when I work from home. Assembly was easy to make a mistake on. Had to take apart and redo the legs when we realized the outlet ports were in the front of the desk. Love the gray color.. Betty. Jackson, MI. Sat May 09 2026

This writing desk features clean lines and a vintage-inspired look that rounds out the decor in your home office or bedroom. Its rectangular, open frame is built from solid and engineered wood, and it rests on straight legs. We love how the finish reveals the wood's natural grain variation for added character. Its surface has plenty of room for a laptop or computer, as well as notebooks and other writing needs. And the one drawer gives you a convenient place to stash papers and pens. Plus, the safety stops on the drawers prevent fingers from getting pinched.

Really like this desk in that it serves a specific purpose in my guest room. It wasn’t that easy to put together and the front drawer does not really open or close very smoothly.. Anna. Kansas City, MO. Mon Sep 28 2026

Just finished setting it up. The quality is great, the legs are sturdy, the wood is beautiful and the installation took about under 10 minutes once out of the box. The packaging was also suburb, no damage!. Dione. South Ozone Park, NY. Sun Jul 12 2026
