Paired with gym mats and a crash pad, this is a great solution for my 10 year old autistic daughter. One of the holes at the base wasn't drilled all the way, it seems okay without it but if I had more time I'd probably exchange it. We bought the one with the silks and they seem like the same material they used to make nightgowns in the 80s with, but has been sturdy enough for my kiddo, and even for me when testing.. Charlotte. Overall this is a decent product. I took a star off because of how long it took to assemble and the fact that one of the metal rods had two incorrectly shaped holes - oval instead of circular - forcing us to have to use a special metal drilling saw to correct the holes in order to make the bolts fit through. Otherwise, Its relatively sturdy. If you shift the weight too much forward on the hammock, it can start wobbling a little though.. Irene. Atlanta, GA. Tue Apr 28 2026
