A very good range/stove that we have used for the last year. It has a few idiosyncrasies to which we have become accustomed. The clock is ridiculously hard to set. We have to look it up every time the time/date changes. There is no automated option. No smart connection for this unit at all, which is a plus and a minus. The power is insanely good. It can boil water so fast. The oven is very even. The unit feels solid. Placing a pot on an unused hob will result in a clicking noise that happens every few seconds. At first this drove me nuts, but now it's fine. The induction is fairly loud, especially when placed at a high level. The stainless steel scratches fairly easily. At first this was annoying, but now it's a kind of patina. This thing gets some serious use daily and I'm okay with it. Delivery was uneventful. I did need to make some mods to my electrical outlet but that was no big deal. Cost me $200 to get an electrician out. Make sure you have the outlets and plugs that you want/need in advance.. Adam. My range arrived packaged like a faberge egg. Perfect condition yet easy to unpack. It is sleek and immediately I felt the glass top was so much higher quality than the one I had been using. Turns out that glass quality/ceramic can vary greatly and this is definitely what I was hoping for. The control panel is quite intuitive so the learning curve is easy. All the materials are sturdy, precision made and meant to provide assistance to the chef. As with most Air Fryers, there is an adaptive curve for recipes and well, I made potato chips my first time, delicious even though I was going for just air fried potatoes. It is very well insulated so the kitchen did not heat up much. Because the lower clearance is minimum, we had to have th electrician relocate our receptacle. Only took a few minutes.
