We recently gutted and remodeled our kitchen which included adding a 6' island. I had been looking online for several months because there are so many to choose from. We also wanted to make sure we found stools that were MADE IN THE USA. Tempo bar stools are; and of course being American made, they truly are of the best quality. I purchased 4 of them and my husband and I are totally pleased. We've had many visitors stopping in and they also conclude these are extremely well made, sturdy, and complimentary to our new kitchen. If you are comtemplating buying these, but think they're "too pricey", please be reassured they are well worth the investment! I wanted something metal without a back so we could slide it under the counter, our contractor thought we could only fit 3 stools but I purchased 4 and they fit beautifully. We ordered the Sun Bronze hoping that it would match all of the oil rubbed bronze in the new kitchen - it is perfect! We ordered the vinyl - Billy the Kid - it is more brown than the swatch but it looks like leather -- really nice and again perfect as we have a pool and I will not worry about wet butts on them :) Was this helpful?
