I was hesitant to order this product because it was a brand with which I was not familiar. I did a little research and, spurred on by my desperation to replace my broken disposal, I placed my order. It [...] was a breeze to install! I promise you I'm no expert -- I just followed the really clear instructions that came with the unit. It's been about three weeks now and it works like a charm.
