The unit met our expections and criteria, that being, it was part of a "family" of Progress lighting fixtures, already in our home. Once received, it installed "normally". There were small problems, beyond the manufacturer or engineering of the Progress Chandelier we had to deal with. This was a new home, so there was a recently intalled chandelier that had to be removed. Cutting new chain to correct length, and removing hardware and installing new "connecting hardware" in pre-installed ceiling fixture box was a chore but, again, not fault of Progress Lighting. We are very pleased with quality and construction of chandelier. But, a big job requiring over 4 hours to complete with our high (10Ft) ceilings, working from top rung of a step ladder. Recommend, if possible, you seek professional installation.
