I host an annual gingerbread party each December for family and friends. This will be my 3rd year and started baking the gingerbread houses today in preparation for our party. This cast iron mold makes the houses turn out uniformly even and bake up pretty! This gingerbread mold is a must for baking gingerbread houses easier. Just keep in mind that you have to bake the mold twice to have 1 house. If you are baking several you may want 2 of these molds. These molds are easy to take care of and will literally last forever. Thanks to Wayfairs for letting me review the product free of charge."..."  Read more

We love this mold. The detail upon removal is good and the gingerbread comes out cleanly. It is small enough to fit in a toaster oven (our oven is currently out of commission). If you want to decorate with the kids, I recommend baking a few days in advance, as the wait time between batches is a bit long with the cast iron mold. Also due to the wait time, you should schedule an entire day of baking if you want a large batch of gingerbread people or purchase multiple molds. Overall, very pleased with this purchase."..."  Read more

This was the very first silicon baking product I'd ever used and to my delight, they worked very well... I experimented with placing half my cake batter in the silicon cups with the support of a muffin pan and the other half without. I found the baking cups held their shape even without the support of the muffin pan. The only thing that disappointed me was that these cups are very thin. We've decided to shelf the silicon baking cups until they kids are a bit older to spare them from ending up in the trash. They look too much like the paper version and aren't that much thicker. Then again, the muffins/cupcakes come out of the baking cups so cleanly, you could just serve them outside the cups! lol"..."  Read more

I used this product to make little cake bombes. I made cake and then I used the mold to cut it out and cover it in chocolate. I also made circular mousse. I really enjoy this product for it is the perfect size, and it doesnt rust once you clean it. It isnt difficult to clean and it is the perfect mold for a pastry chef. I am looking foward to do some chocolate work with this product."..."  Read more
