Fantastic! Still not showing any signs of sticking. Been hand washing only. Wrote to them to say why doesn’t handle fold over when lid on- would only have needed a 5mm rise on hinge then it would have been perfect for tighter ovens with lid on and handle folded. My second one! Perfect for crispy gyozas and even cooking. This is the second time I have purchased this sauté pan because the first one performed so well.
