Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom. As long as you preheat the pan to the proper level and add oil or butter food does not stick. After years of using nonstick pans and failing to properly sear, I am finally able to sear food properly with ease. Clean up is also easy. I just set up the grill I ordered along with the paella pan! This is the 24" pan and it's big. It beautiful can't wait to use it out doors!
