I am so happy with this product. We ordered one almost identical from the big box store. It was delivered to our home, and after we were about finished assembling it, there were no holes drilled to attach the wheels. In reading the reviews, other people had experienced the same thing. We had to box everything up and return it to the big box store. Wayfair is amazing — just received this today. These were relatively easy to assemble. The design for the clothes hanging bars was a little questionable as they move around once assembled. It would be helpful if the manufacturer provided some sort of guidance (marking on the poles) as to normal heights of hanging clothes. In my opinion, these racks were just a little lightweight in comparison to wire racks I have bought and used in the past. I also think they should be just a little taller. When hanging clothes on the hanging bars (one above the other), another inch or two would have provided some separation between the bottom of the clothes on the top and bottom levels.
