Here is my review of the Patiowell 8x8 Resin Storage Shed. First, Wayfair made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their website was easy to navigate, customer service was professional, and the FedEx deliveries (which arrived in two separate shipments) were handled quickly and efficiently. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation. In the end, I am extremely happy with both the quality of the shed and my overall experience with Wayfair.. Eddie. South San Francisco, California. Sun May 17 2026

So far this storage shed is working well for me. Will have to seal the metal around the bottom where it attaches to the 10x10 wood deck ( I had built for it as it does not come with it's own base), as the screws are rusting. I hired 2 people to construct it as the company did suggest that it is a 2 person job. I can store a lot of things in it, my lawn mower, yard tools, bird food, garden pots, and my gas grill which I can use easily from the deck the shed sits on.. Karen. Atlantic Beach, FL. This is a good shed if you're looking for a bit of storage. Please note, it does not come with a floor. It needs to be anchored to concrete, something we didn't anticipate when ordering. It's aluminum so I'm curious to see how it will hold up to snow. I've included pictures of the sheets, which were all in top shape and the assembly parts; nothing was missing. Parts are will labeled. We tied them down to the ground with under pinning and they have survived already two major hurricanes with 80 and 100 mile per hour winds. These are nice and roomy on the inside. They blend in great with the backdrop of the woods around my house with the light top color and without having any electricity nearby, the skylight that runs down the middle provides ample light on the inside..
