I needed an outside storage shed with a thinner profile. I ordered this cabinet mostly based off the dimensions. So, first the good points (1) the order arrived undamaged (2) the directions were easy to follow, (3) all parts ( there were a lot of them) were present clearly labeled (4) it holds quite a bit of stuff once assembled. Now for the reasons I gave it 4 stars not 5 (1) it’s quite time-consuming to put together so give yourself at least 2 full hours if you’re working alone (2) the base of the cabinet does not sit flush with the rest of the storage unit is likely to be an entry point for bugs or standing water (3) all pieces are covered by a protective plastic adhesive which takes the brunt of the shipping scratches but must be removed from each piece preferably prior to assembly for a clean, scratch-free look (4) it’s almost impossible to remove the adhesive from all pieces once assembled (5) the metal, once uncovered, scratches easily. It’s an outdoor storage shed so chances are it will get scratched. So it’s not the end of the world, especially if it’s out of sight. I cannot confirm if it’s waterproof but the roof pieces overlap in a way that makes me think it will do just fine in areas not inundated with rain inclement weather.. Leslie. Fillmore, CA. This was super easy to put together. All the joints lined up beautifully and it is smooth and looks so beautiful. I love that. There’s a locking feature and the shelves are nice and deep to be able to fit all the goods. A lot of times when you purchase a plastic item they’re always wobbly or they don’t quite fit together perfectly. This is made with laser like precision. There has not been one wobble of this even when we moved it around to find its perfect spot. It’s very stable and strong. Our porch area often becomes a catch all for cleaning items, outside toys, gloves, umbrellas, leashes, bags, books, and everything else this large family drags home. We liked the size and look of this shed for storing seasonal outdoor chairs and tables. Assembly took about 4 hours including a rain delay. Once we got the floor assembled the rest of it went pretty easily except for the roof which was a real challenge. We ended up securing two corners inside then tucking the rest of it in, otherwise we would get it tucked in and it would come out. Also the door panel had a small dent which I don't think will affect the durability but a little disappointing to have some damage on it. It is pretty and sturdy. As noted the instructions are not the best, and for some reason there is a gap in the back so we could not screw the back to the top ( see top right of photo). I ordered the shed in grey…it arrived on time and my handyman and I put it together in about 4 hours. It was a bit overwhelming but I am happy with the result. The floor was not very sturdy but my handyman solved that by putting treated wood below it and now it is very sturdy. In addition we used the hardware included and drilled it into the concrete slab we made for it to stand on.
