We have moved into a new-to-us home with vinyl fencing surrounding the back yard.  There are some places where the bottom of the fence is higher than the ground. Because we would like to have a dog, those areas need to be secure from digging. We had wondered how to make that happen in the best way, and when I saw these I knew that they would be perfect for that particular project! Once installed, we can bring the dirt up to the level of the fence bottom. Because temperatures have been in the 90-100 degree range and we are older folks, my hubby has not yet been able to start on the installation project. It will happen when things cool down which, in Southern California, may be awhile yet! I can post more pictures to show how we used these barriers once they have been put into place.. Jani. This is a three foot by six foot garden fence. It has a flat black finish. Once you have it together it sits fairly sturdy where you hammer it in. Putting it together was a bit of a problem. PupProtect add-on puppy panels stop small dogs from squeezing through or getting stuck in ornamental fence pickets. They attach to your existing fence to tighten picket spacing, without the busy look of other puppy panels. This version fits 6' aluminum ornamental fence panels with 15 vertical 5/8" pickets (4.43" center to center). Before ordering, measure 10 picket openings on your fence, far side to near side, and divide by 10 to confirm your spacing matches. If your fence has 8' panels, check our other PupProtect listings for the right fit. Each panel arrives pre-assembled and ready to install, sized to cover one 6-foot fence section. This set includes 10 panels, self-tapping screws, and UV-resistant zip ties, covering 60 linear feet of fence, at a fraction of the cost of buying individual panels. For the most secure hold, we recommend screws over zip ties. The racking feature lets panels install on sloped ground up to 25 degrees. Built from galvanized steel with a pet-safe powder coating, and wire ends are cut rather than snipped so there's nothing that can hook onto a collar or paw. View the Owners Manual for all available versions and measuring for fit tips on determining your picket spacing. US patent 10,787,838 - Canada patent 2,918,042.
