This ladder is light weight, but once put together feels sturdy and solid. I expected this to come with an extra rail, because it states that you can switch from one rail to another. However, only one rail is included. The black paint may chip over time. Some steps arrived bent, but Wayfair quickly sent a replacement. Being a visual learner and directionally challenged, my biggest issue with this ladder was the instructions. Word of advice…. Put the wheels and hook ladders on before the steps.
