The quality is as expected for the price and the instruction are easy to follow. The shed needs to be on level ground or shimmed up so the doors swing freely, but that is as expected. However, and this is a big however, each piece comes with a protective poly wrap that is a cheap film, that is tedious to remove. It took my wife and I, 8- hours to remove the film and it left residue on the final product. I would have paid more money to have better quality protection, that could be easily removed. This Balconera shed with window is ok. It is very thin metal, including the frame. If they would just use a heavier gage metal for the frame I think it would make it a five star for the price. Terrible purchase. Item arrived with about half the stuff scratched and/or dented. Every panel is lined with plastic that is basically melted on. Takes as much time to remove the plastic than it does installing the shed. The manual is inaccurate and the manufacturer actually sent me a little different manual, also inaccurate. Had to drill and cut some of the pieces that were manufactured wrong. The screws don’t tighten all the way down. Air/bugs can come in from the bottom, so don’t plan on storing anything nice in it. Takes 2 people anywhere from 12-15 hours to install. Look elsewhere, don’t put yourself through this torture to be let down with a cheap terrible product.. Niko. Sun Sep 22 2024

Exactly what I was looking for. Size is perfect and I like the fact that it is resin and not metal or wooden. I put it together myself in about an hour.
