The shed is a good, compact size and was purchased specifically to comply with the HOA’s strict height limitations. It just makes the maximum height allowed. Seems to be very sturdy. The hinges on the lid are great. They hold the top open so you can load things into the bin. Bought it to store cushions from a patio set will easily hold 12 cushions size of each is 24 x 24” with room for a few more items.
