Wall Mantel

UPDATE: The company did reach out and sent us the needed part. I originally gave this 5 stars but it two days after we assembled and started using it, it started to make kind of like a “froggy” noise it is was on. The sound got extremely loud right now that we don’t turn it on anymore. Waiting to hear from the manufacturer. I will update!

I have waited so long to find a fireplace this nice. Photos do not do it justice because you have to experience the flame and heat this beautiful fireplace give off. It looks so real, better because there is no mess. The fireplace is just the right size, not too big and definitely not too small. It is perfect for the wall space where I placed it. There will be no more cold nights in our living room, buried under lots of blankets, thanks to this beauty. Our open kitchen also gets some of the warmth. I can’t believe the size of area it warms. The ad said heats up on average 1,000 ft. And it’s true. The assembly was easy, just a lot of pieces and none were missing. Do not wait another minute. Buy this one today if you too want nice warm nights.

Five years I waited , for a electric fireplace . I couldn’t see spending the money and what I could justify in spending was not meeting my expectations or preferences . My husband even went so far as to bring out his carpenter’s belt and build one to my specifications but that was already adding to his “do list “ or honey do book that should be published . Let me first add that it was packaged very well as in nothing was broke and shipping was fast , the box itself looked like it went through rough shipping (beat up edges ). UPS handled it like it was a shipment of Rubbermaid containers till my husband caught him flipping it to get it to the edge of the box truck and went out and took control of the situation . It took my son and husband about two hours to complete . The instructions were straight forth and easy to understand . The unit is not flimsy but will take two people to move. The flames are gorgeous for it being electric. The heat output is no different than a common air blown heater . The *price* alone was worth the risk and I was floored at the statement it made on my black wall in my living room my . Visitors we have had cannot believe the deal I got with this electric fireplace and truly I cannot either at times .

Looks great , exactly what I was looking for but started squeaking within a few weeks. Reached out to wayfair but they could not help as it had been over 31 days. Have not heard from manufacturer

I really love this fireplace. I bought it for $145cad. So if your looking at this one, don't pay more than that. It did take almost 2 hours to put together and 2 bolts didn't line up, but thankfully that didn't affect the sturdiness of the fireplace.

I LOVE IT. It arrived well packed and 80 lbs. It has a digital display in the upper right corner if the fireplace insert. Controls heat output. Also has 5 flame display setting, adjust it all from your couch. It is beautiful and functional, for almost any space. It arrived w. Half of the mounting brackets needed. Issue was resolved.

Hi Wayfair! I’ve been shopping with you for years and have enjoyed quality products and great pricing. My latest fireplace order was a disappointment. Although the fire place insert was fine, the hardware to assemble the surround was subpar. The hardware package contained too much of some items and not enough of others. They broke when being installed and damaged the unit not permitting a solid structural fit. The product was assembled, but I am not pleased with the results. This is my third fireplace unit purchased.

OMG!!! This is so Perfected in my Family Room the right size and nice an Hot and warm!!!
