Very nice awning with remote. Totally worth it!

Excellent product. So so, at best, directions. Service line took days to call back. Feedback to mfr: provide better info on max an min height. Also would it be so hard to state: "stucco is typically 1" thick, so bolts should be at least 4" long." Also, suggested bolt size of 7/16" is unavailable in a normal hardware store, or even on line. 1/2" is so big; I went with 3/8".

Perfect - just as expected. Installation was actually pretty easy and I was able to do it myself (though two people to lift the heavy unit would be preferred). The motor is nice and quiet. For those looking to add this to their home automation ecosystem the remote uses standard 433Mhz non-rolling code, so you can get an RF-to-WiFi module to control this. I got a helpful response from customer support regarding this so that was very nice to see.

It looks really good but it doesn’t close very tight for some reason. We tried several things. It would close right a couple of times then back to the same thing. It still works well and looks good other than that.

Simply amazing!!! Super happy with the purchase. Package came intact and was well manage by the delivery company. Once opened the product was well protected. Installation is fairly easy, didn’t used the hard copy instructions because my house have side vinyl paneling and that part was actually confusing. I actually watched a video from another competitor and did the install my self. The one I bought is 12’ long, definitely having someone else really helps. Once installed is plugged and play, super easy to adjust the pitch and watch it set is just an experience. Really sturdy and seems well constructed, including the cassette, I guessed I got what I payed for. The only bummer is that in the web page description are a few discrepancies, such like it say that it would come with the hardware and the paper instructions say otherwise and this cost me another 40.00. Also the wind raiting is different from what the online description says. Still a good one, but it is not what the webpage says. Still I’m really happy with the purchase, my deck just look really awesome....

We are now able to enjoy our deck in the afternoon sun thanks to the awning!

Absolutely perfect ! I have a great area on my patio to sit and enjoy the outdoors and still be out of the sun. It is simple to operate and works pperfectly

Great to add a little extra shade in our otherwise direct sun yard. Smooth function. Remote works great. The only thing is it can move quite a bit in the heavy winds and isn’t great on a windy or stormy day
