After we got the frame put together, we took out the fabric cover - and it was about 4 times too small! I called Wayfair and explained what had happened (and sent a picture) and within 3 days or less, the new cover arrived! It was perfect - and now it is perfect installed over my porch! I love it!. Received my 16ft awning and installed today. Looks like excellent quality and everything worked as expected. No adjustments were necessary. Very satisfied with my purchase so far. The only issue was with the local delivery service which kept cancelling at the last moment. Not Wayfairs fault at all but they kindly gave me a discount to compensate, which I appreciate.
