Rowenta Focus Excel 1700 Watts Garment Steamer

Unfortunately the package came in the open and broken box… Some parts are missing..The steamer can not be used…I do not see the option to contact customer service about this issue, so I would appreciate the call. Thank you.

Quite disappointed!!! I ended up ordering three because the first two didn’t have the screen. They sent me a third which also didn’t have the screen. Each time I called the representatives were always kind, friendly and professional. The each confirmed that the item should have came with the screen. After the third one with no screen I ended up doing research to find it a lot less expensive on other sites. I thought the professional rate on this site would have given me the best price and quality.
