I just received my Hot tub and it had a hole inside.

Im hoping it relieves my pain and stress associated with going through stage 4 cancer!

Looks very nice. Easy set up. However the video on YouTube shows that you can operate the spa via an App on your phone but I cannot figure out where to get the app and customer service doesn’t know eithet

For three person spa plenty of room just what you need for a nice cool night in a long day at work

I got it for my son and he loves it, but the heater does not always work. He set it up and it heated in about 24 hrs., then lost heat. We just got this, so if the problem continues we will have to return it. fingers crossed it will be okay as it is great!

Great product, we bought this to see if we wanted a permanent tub, it was great to own and easy to put away

Bigger then expected. However I had nothing but problems after the 1st month. The machine stop heating and turns off, and loses water and air and there no holes. The water fills up in the blow up part of the tub. Water pours out from the air pump goes to inflate the hot tub Not worth the price and it past the return date to ship it back There refuses to replace tye defective part and or refund. They just steal your money. Do not order product.
