The hot tub spa is perfect for 2 adults and ok for 3 adults. If you had 4 adults you would have to all have your knees bent but I suspect it would serve the purpose. It feels sturdy. The water temperature is great. Fluctuates by a degree or two when you’re in. Comes with bottom mat and filters. Great little hot tub! We love in North Central Texas & it’s a little on the cooler side currently. The temp went to 104 pretty quickly (maybe about 12 hours total). The only minor issue we had is with the outside drainage pipe, it had a small leak but we easily tightened the cap and added a little plumping tape to the outside to ensure no more drips.
