I bought this as a gift and its a great alternative to dry cleaning. Unfortunately, water started leaking from the bottom after a year.

We have had ours for over a year. The best way we have found to use this is as follows 1. Pull the shirts out of the dryer damp, before the wrinkles set in. if you do that the styler will dry them and remove a lot of the wrinkles. With the exception of all cotton which seems to be more difficult. 2. It is good to refresh coats, scarfs and other clothes that are stored away for the winter. You can add the scent sheets to the back of the unit and that helps with any smells. Its a really nice way to dry delicates items you don't want to go into the dryer

It can hold a good amount of standard and oversized pillows and does a terrific job refreshing them. Winter coats and jackets come out clean and fresh. A great addition to the laundry room.
