You sent me a used defective iron and after I tried to initiate a return,you offered me 20% off to which I told you I cannot use the iron even if I wanted to keep it.it is not only defective but used and returned to your company.you then told me to contact Hamilton Beach to resolve me issues, when I purchased the iron from you.I only had it in my home 1 week now but opened the box today 01/05 ,as I was not home.do the right thing Wayfair.there is your review.inspect the products before you send them out.

I really liked it. The temperature was great love the cord pulling it out and then it going back in for storage. That is awesome. I have a small space for it to sit in and I don’t have to worry about the cord. I’ve always had the cord will purchase it again when this goes out, hopefully it will last as long as one 30.

A little heavier than I expected but still a nice iron.
