Ok mop. It doesn’t stay charged long

I like this product it cleans Rudd’s flors and carpet the short end about this product is that it runs our of water too fast and runs down to fast very light weight like a toy but does a good job

I love this mop. I am in dog rescue and this mop is sturdy and cleans really well.

Excellent product and it came in just in time!

Love this product. I even purchase 2 more for members of family. After 8 months one unit quit charging. I called Bissell and they sent me a whole new mop that was delivered the next.

Don’t waste your money on this. Takes a long time to charge. Battery duration is short. And the pad gets dirty fast (even with my relatively clean floors) so that by the time you get to the 2nd floor you are leaving a film of dirty sprayed fluid. There is no improvement over the simpler low tech devices (non-powered) with pumped spray which have the same problem, but are much, much lighter.

Awesome product - easy to use and saves your back from the work.

This product is perfect!! it does a great job.

It actually moos up more than I expected.
