Oh, these are gorgeous! I’ve wanted stair treads for years but my husband didn’t want them. Once I showed these to him, he gave in because the design is so nice and the color really pops. We’ve been wanting to redo the stairs but have had other priorities and I don’t love the wood flooring on the steps, so this is the perfect solution. The pack came with sufficient quantity to cover all the stairs and each surface is covered quite perfectly in terms of size. It really helps with making the stairs a lot less slippery since I often rush down the steps in socks. My dogs seem to appreciate the extra traction too. Love the look and feel of these stair tread mats but wish they didnt move around as much as they do. I bought these because my dog is aging and keeps sliding and slipping as she goes up and down the stairs. These carpet treads help her with her grip and are particularly helpful when it is raining. If this were a full time solution I would use double sided tape and tape them down. I do like the look and they are good quality mats.. Laura. MO. Mon Jun 01 2026
