The versatile design works with a variety of rug styles, adding comfort without distracting from the look of your flooring. Suitable for everyday use, it offers practical support in living rooms, bedrooms, and other high-traffic spaces. This rug pad worked well under the 7 × 10-foot rug I also purchased. The rug was fairly thin, so I wanted some extra padding. The pad keeps it in place and adds just enough cushion to make the rug feel more substantial and a bit more expensive. I did need to trim one side for a perfect fit, but overall, it’s a good value for the price. I would recommend it!. Elizabeth. Bloomington, MN. Fri Oct 02 2026

This rug pad provides a functional foundation for an area rug in high-traffic spaces like entryways, living rooms, or hallways. It features a woven texture that helps keep floor coverings in place while protecting the surfaces beneath. This piece is suitable for use on hardwood, laminate, linoleum, marble, and tile floors. The thin profile ensures it remains hidden beneath the rug without adding significant height. We also love that it is designed for indoor use to help prevent slipping and sliding during everyday activity.

Uni-Luxe rug pads from unique loom are the peak of durability and comfort. Slipping, bunching, and sliding rugs not only look bad, but also create a dangerous tripping hazard. Our rug pads are made in the USA of 100% natural rubber and recycled felt that prevents slipping while providing cushion and insulation at the same time. This soft layer feels great underfoot and protects floors from the rough backing found on many rugs.
