For the price, design, feel and ease of installation I gave 5 stars. They do what they are intended to do. Double sided tape did come with the product. The edges will need to be tacked down due to the design and traffic patterns and normal home humidity levels. I anticipate after a few washes the sticky underside will lose its effectiveness.
