Abdulraheem Comfort Standing Anti-Fatigue Mat

I have bought several items from Wayfair and I loved them. The quality is excellent. I will continue to shop Wayfair.

After 3 years this what my mats look like. This is not a heavy traffic area. I load my dishes in the dishwasher. I do not stand at my stove eight hours a day so why are my mats peeling? They peel so bad I have little red spots all over my kitchen floor. They have been peeling over a year. They start peeling last year and have not stopped. Is this normal?
