I bought 2 luggage racks. They were delivered on time, in fact earlier than the date they said they would arrive. They were packaged very well! They look beautiful! I put one in each guest bedroom. Very sturdy and not a scratch on them!

One of the two arrived broken. The place it broke (in the middle of the leg) makes me suspect of the quality. The box was not damaged. Waiting for a reply from Wayfair.

I love the dark wood, it fits the look of the room well. Super easy to assemble/disassemble.
