It's a decent cage but came with some screws that were not really ideal for putting it together. Also instructions were a little vague but not too hard to figure out and takes longer than 45 minutes to put together even with 2 people even using a power drill. Also power drill is a must since they only made holes on one side of it to put together. Also, there could of been better attachment pieces for the top and bottom without having to add locks on it. Overall it is a nice cage for a ferret. Also some ferrets don't like wooden ramps so you might have to add ramp covers.. Sarah. Port Orange, FL. Sat May 16 2026

I think our bunny likes it. It’s very nice and sturdy. It comes with plexy glass covers for the wood, which can keeps things cleaner, but we had to remove them because our bunny couldn’t get any traction.. Anonymous. Tue Jul 21 2026

Cool cage for a hamster.. Brian. Scottsdale, AZ. Mon Sep 07 2026

It comes with everything needed for a perfect start for pet s.

A great indoor cage. Well constructed and easy to get your pet in and out. Pros: Extra large doors on front and top with secure latches that work easily. Six metal latches secure the base pan to the wire top. Top can be easily removed for cleaning when needed. Top is heavy gauge, vinyl coated wire which gives a nice appearance as well as strength and durability. No tools construction. Comes with water bottle, hay and pellets. What I could wish for: The cage is advertised as a starter kit. It doesn't have a litter box, a hay manger or a shelf. (I added the shelf from a different cage and it fit perfectly.) The cage doesn't include wheels. The base pan is designed to accept caster type wheels that simply press into the holes molded into the bottom. The size of the cage makes wheels desirable to facilitate moving it to clean behind or under the cage. Luckily, the wheels are available at many home town hardware stores. Overall this is a great cage for a house rabbit provided your rabbit gets time out for exercise daily. It gives great value for the price and will fit in most any room of the house. . Clyde. My two mice love this little habitat. I made a few changes and additions to make it work for us… such as waxing the interior (beeswax), withholding a small shelf to fit a wheel, gluing main box frame with wood glue, bolting down top screen with screws, adding chicken wire with smaller holes to the top, and (as a previous reviewer recommended) I bolted/glued the smaller bottom panel and put the larger top front panel on hinges (which became my only door/access point).
