Excellent quality gate! This gate is very sturdy, looks great, and was a surprisingly close match to our porch railing, so it blends in nicely instead of looking out of place. The hinged design makes it very convenient to open and close, allowing easy access without having to move the gate. We use it to keep our Irish Setter safely on our porch, and it has worked perfectly. We're very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.. Louis. US. Wed Jul 08 2026

A metal pet gate provides a secure and flexible solution for creating safe spaces throughout your home. Designed with a pressure-mounted frame, this adjustable cat gate fits openings from 21" to 34" wide and extends in height from 75" to 98". The narrow bar spacing helps keep curious cats safely contained, while the walk-through door allows convenient access for people. Its lightweight plastic accents and locking mechanism add everyday functionality. Plus, we love that this tall pet gate helps create a comfortable environment for pets and their families.

This is likely not what many people are using this skate for, but were doing it to help socialize our wonderful new dog with my two cats, one of them is not very dog savvy. When we tried to do this with a normal baby gate, she kept trying to launch herself over it so of course, he wanted to chase her. This was the most affordable option that I could find for something floor to ceiling that would allow them to become more familiar without the potential danger that an unexpected interaction could have caused. Ive been very happy with it. The socialization is going great, and there is no way that my cat can jump over this. Its also sturdier than I expected as the pup still likes to paw at it from time to time, with no issues so far. Its very easy to open and close. This is a great affordable option!. Katherine. Please measure before purchasing to ensure proper fit. Do not cut off zip ties before installation! As a dog owner, I was constantly worried about my pet wandering into the kitchen, rushing up the stairs, or getting into rooms that weren’t safe. Standard gates were either too short, too weak, or left gaps that smaller dogs could squeeze through. This 51-inch extra-tall dog gate finally gave me the peace of mind I was looking for. The extra height helps keep energetic dogs securely contained, while the narrow bar spacing prevents curious pets from slipping through. I especially appreciate the one-hand operation when I’m carrying groceries, laundry, or pet supplies, and the auto-close feature ensures the gate closes behind me before my dog has a chance to follow. The pressure-mounted design provides a secure, stable fit without damaging walls, making it ideal for both homeowners and renters. Adjustable from 29 to 61 inches wide, it works perfectly in doorways, hallways, kitchens, and stairways, helping me create safer spaces throughout my home.

Gate is very sturdy and durable, easy to install as well as easy on the eyes. Recommend. Regina. Spring, TX. Sat Jun 13 2026

With a super-tall 74-inch height, this gate effectively keeps cats and large dogs from jumping over, while the narrow 1.37-inch bar spacing keeps small pets from squeezing through. Designed for everyday ease, it features one-handed operation and swings open 90 degrees in either direction—and closes automatically when opened at an angle of less than 90 degrees. Installation is quick and simple, with dual mounting holes for extra stability, and it fits door frames up to 96.5 inches high. Wall protectors prevent damage to your walls, and the adjustable width (30.3–38.2 inches) ensures a snug, custom fit for your doorway. This versatile pet gate is perfect for doorways, stairways, and more—keeping your pets safely contained wherever you need them.

I do love the design of this gate. It’s so tall that my kitties can’t go over, around, through, or under. I even like the way it opens to let me go through, without having to negotiate a bottom rail to trip on. It locks securely and was easily assembled and carefully packed. It’s attractive and exceptionally useful. My only concerns: My doorway was not true. It apparently is a few millimeters wider near the top than bottom, so the center doesn’t meet the same way in the top as bottom. This is not the fault of the gate, so I did not deduct a star. My other concern is that there’s a lot of plastic parts. I wish all the components were made of metal. However, since I had no problem with the metal parts during the month I’ve used it, no deducted star there, either.. Janice. Durant, OK. Thu Jun 25 2026

Works great for protecting my pet's food from our toddler. Looks good, stable, and effective. Exactly as described.. Justin. Endwell, NY. Tue Sep 15 2026

Easy to install. I bought it to block the cat from going into my son’s bathroom (she likes to do her business in his shower drain…. not that that has anything to do with the gate lol) She could easily scale the 4’ fence so I bought this gate. It’s sturdy. Has some weight to it … doesn’t feel cheap. I put it up a year ago and no troubles at all. It was a great purchase.. Kelli. US. Thu Sep 03 2026

looks great and more importantly works with this new puppy. It is fairly low so it works great for me to step over it (great exercise). If your dog is large and pushy it may not work as well.. Suzanne. Brentwood, CA. Sat Aug 22 2026

I really love this gate. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is I wish it were a little taller. My cats figured out how to jump over it (straight from the ground), so I wish it were a little taller. We added a cardboard topper as a work around.. Jordyn. New Port Richey, FL. Sat Sep 19 2026

This door is exactly what we needed to have a safe space for my cats when my big dogs are around. It comes with several parts that make it very adjustable for a variety of door frames. I will say that the material isn’t super thick so probably not good for any big rowdy dogs that will jump or lunge at it because it would probably bend or break relatively easily. But aside from that it was very easy to install and was exactly what we needed!. Shelby Cajas. Santa Paula, CA. Wed Sep 23 2026
