The first one was the wrong size. The second came with Bullitt proof glass shattered. The third arrived in good shape. The tape materials ,The peace that goes between the door and window doesn't stick. Fixed it with strapping tape. the other tape materials that go between the pet door and the slider peals, but not between the cotton and the sticky material, but in the cotton. We are renting a condo and our dog had had a dog door out to a big yard for some time, so we wanted to make sure he had some type of way of getting outside. Love the product, just wish it had came with more long rubber seals so we could seal it better. Sealing it up seems to be the only issue.
