Transitional Modern Pet Gates

This freestanding pet gate helps section out a particular room so that your furry friend doesn't get into too much mischief when you're not at home. The frame and posts are made from wood, while black metal rails bring an understated look that blends in with their surroundings. It comes in four separate panels connected by hinges, so it can be extended or folded to fit almost anywhere in your hallway, bedroom, or living area. One of the panels acts as a door with a lock bar installed to keep it even more secure. And the best part? No assembly is required. Note: This gate is made for dogs.

Allows me to open the door and come in and out without being bombarded by three dogs. I like the latch.. Anonymous. Tue Jun 30 2026

This is great. I was looking for a permanent solution to keep the dog from the front door and a way to separate the dogs from my niece when she visits. This is perfect fix. It opens and closes easily with adult human hands, meaning the dogs or my niece can’t open it. It also has a lock, which will be great when my niece is a little older. It is permanently attached to the wall so I don’t have to fumble with a gate, and it isn’t in the way. I am quite happy with this mesh gate.. Anonymous. Sat Jul 11 2026

Please be sure measure your opening prior to purchase to ensure proper fit. Do not cut zip ties before setup! Keeping my curious pup away from the kitchen while balancing groceries used to be a daily struggle—until I found this gate. The beautiful arched design doesn’t just look like an eyesore; it actually complements my home decor! Whether I’m navigating the stairs or heading out to the porch, the auto-close feature is a lifesaver. I love that I can set it up without drilling holes in my walls, and that extra-tall barrier finally stopped my dog from trying to jump over. It’s the perfect blend of peace of mind and effortless style.

Dog Gate Pet Gate for House Stairs Doorways Fireplace, Baby Gate Extra Wide, Play Yard Child Safety Gate, Auto Close, Hardware Mounted Adjustable,Metal Christmas Tree Fence, Fireplace Fence for Kids/Pet/Toddler/Dog/Cat

I installed this across my front porch. I have a Shih Tzu who thinks that when the front door is open it means she can run down the street and visit the neighbors. I needed something that could be installed easily and had a gate. This fence is perfect for this purpose. People can come and go without letting my girl out. It's been up for almost a year now and it has worked beautifully! We had to take it out when the front porch had some work done but you couldn't tell it had ever been moved. I highly recommend this product.. Paula. Nampa, ID. Fri May 29 2026

This fireplace fence comes with 5 pieces, which provides a wide - range of protection around your fireplace.

Well made and very easy set up.. James. Rutherford, NJ. Wed Sep 16 2026

The tension-mount design allows the gate to stay firmly in place with rubber stoppers without damaging wall surfaces. The gate door opens in both directions for ease of movement from room to room. The latched gate handle locks/unlocks easily with one hand. Now your pet can be safe and comfortable in any space with a doorway 32.1"-36” wide. Designed for dogs 8.8 - 44 lbs. Extension to add 4” of width sold separately. Before installation: At first glance, your gate will have a “V-shaped” gap between the gate door and the mainframe. This is not a defect. This gap will close properly as you tighten the adjuster knobs. The adjuster knobs are designed to control the entire setup of the gate once the adjuster bolts and extensions are set in place. This is part of the overall design of the tension-mount gate.

Perfect!! I purchased two. Great product!!. Joan. AL. Tue Aug 18 2020

NOTICE:Please measure before purchasing to ensure proper fit. Important: Do not cut off the rolled strip before installation is complete! Ever worry about your clever Houdini hound escaping or your anxious pup whining when you leave the room? I sure did—my 80-lb Labrador would nudge gates open or scratch through flimsy panels, stressing us both out. That changed with this advanced pet gate. Here’s how it solved my chaos: First, I chose pressure-mount installation (no drilling!) for my 40-inch hallway. The extra-wide design adjusted smoothly, and non-slip pads protected my walls. Now, the triple-lock system keeps my escape artist contained—no more jailbreaks during dinner prep! The transparent acrylic lets my dog see me from the kitchen, cutting his whining instantly. When I walk through, the 180° auto-close mechanism clicks shut behind me at a slight angle, sturdy steel holding firm against his jumps. Peace of mind unlocked: scratch-resistant, secure, and seamlessly stylish.

This pet gate is incredibly easy to construct. The metal reinforcement at the top provides excellent support, making the extra-wide gate feel completely stable and secure. I also love the triple opening mechanism—it is highly secure against clever pets but remains very smooth and easy for humans to operate. Highly recommended!. Scott. Atlanta, GA. Sun Sep 13 2026

The pet gate is made of solid pine wood that is very sturdy and durable. In addition, this gate can be folded into a small size to fit different places.

This foldable wooden dog gate can be a room divider and a pet enclosure in one. It helps us to better organize the room and help the pets to move around. This 3 panels free-standing pet gate with hinges, easy to place and store, can be used in the living room, bedroom, hallway, stairs, and other places where pets often move, can also be used in the amusement park or park as a partition. I use this to block the stairway on our deck, so our dogs can hang out on the deck without roaming. It's perfect, if a bit heavy, but that sturdiness is exactly what I was looking for. This is not something that will get knocked down with a bit of wind. Worth every penny.. Christine. Connecticut. Thu Sep 21 2023

Absolutely perfect for my needs. We now own 5 of these gates which we use to keep our dog restricted to certain areas of the house. The features we like best are that you can install it on either side of the doorway, the gate swings both ways, and you can install it above the floor, if desired. This works out perfectly for our cats, who are able to slip under the gate (mounted 6 inches above the floor). The dogs are not able to follow. Also, the gate is very sturdy and strong and not an eyesore. Finally, unlike a pressure-mounted gate, there is no bottom support bar to trip over.. Nina. Lawrenceville, GA. Thu Jul 30 2026

Super easy to assemble, (I even cut the tie off that was clearly marked DO NOT CUT), but it worked out fine. This gate is very strong and well made, looks nice, and is very easy to open. Couldn't be happier. NOTE: I was not able to install this where I originally wanted, one wall was slanted on a 45 degree and the other was square. The way it looks to me you need a flat surface for the pressure mounts to work properly on a flat wall. They do provide railing mounts for stair banisters. If you have any home skills at all then I'm sure you would be able to quasi-engineer this to adapt to many applications - I'm just not that person. LOL. Aileen. Glendora, CA. Mon Nov 24 2025

The walk-through style makes it easy to get around the house, with no need to reinstall each time you pass by. This gate also features SecureTech®, our red-to-green indicator on the top rail that allows you to see when your gate is securely locked. The Safety 1st Modern Easy-Install Gate isn't just for kids either. It comes in handy when you’re trying to keep pets out of certain rooms as well.

Richell’s award-winning convertible elite 6-panel pet gate is now available for small, medium, and large size dogs. Like Richell's standard popular 6-panel pet gate, this high 6-panel pet gate can also be used as a room divider or pet pen and converts in seconds. The gate includes a lockable door that allows you to move freely from room to room without having to shuffle the entire unit. Each panel locks in place at 90 degrees/180-degree angles using a specially designed cap, providing extra stability. Plus, optional panels allow you to configure the unit any way you want and as large as you want. The gate's beautiful hardwood construction complements Richell's other fine wood pet products.
