My cat loves it! Was delivered very quickly and instructions were easy to follow. Small box was easy to carry upstairs despite it being kind of heavy. Put it together by myself in an hr. All parts were there, holes and hardware lined up. It's a great price for the size. My cat is 14 lbs. I feel like the size of the ledges and height of enclosures are too small for him, but he manages. Just can't stand up or turnaround easily, but he still loves it. Little wobbly but I also don't have it fastened to wall yet. With just the one cat might not need to. He isn't like a crazy kitten running up & down it, and is apprehensive about climbing it to begin with. He can feel it shaking, so he's just cautious. This item is easy to put together even though the instructions, which are just pictures, are a bit confusion. Very good quality wall shelves and perches. Took my husband a couple of hours to assemble but he said it wasn’t bad. This tree is really easy to assemble and is a good height for cats that like to perch. My kitty especially loves sleeping and surveying his territory from the top level. Came exactly as pictured! Super cute, the cats love it. However, a small thing I didn't even think about is that it's a little wobbly because even the bottom is kind of light-weight pressed wood boards. Currently, I'm using some free weights to keep it steady. There is an option to screw a nail into a wall for support, but I rent and can't do that.
