My cat loves it! Was delivered very quickly and instructions were easy to follow. Small box was easy to carry upstairs despite it being kind of heavy. Put it together by myself in an hr. All parts were there, holes and hardware lined up. It's a great price for the size. My cat is 14 lbs. I feel like the size of the ledges and height of enclosures are too small for him, but he manages. Just can't stand up or turnaround easily, but he still loves it. Little wobbly but I also don't have it fastened to wall yet. With just the one cat might not need to. He isn't like a crazy kitten running up & down it, and is apprehensive about climbing it to begin with. He can feel it shaking, so he's just cautious. The directions were difficult to follow. Yes you can look at the pictures and figure it out, and I did. They enclosed gloves, which was a ice touch, because they must have known the difficulty in getting the wood spindles in the holes. I had to hit them with a hammer to get them in and then screw in with Allen wrench. However, once assembles, the product is study, pillows are soft and Velcro is there to keep them in place. I’m so pleased with this purchase! The cat tree kit arrived with all listed parts, in excellent condition. The instructions were very clear and it was easy (and fun) to assemble. My two 13 week old kittens took to it very quickly and seem to enjoy playing and sleeping on it. (Both kittens climbed their way to the top perch by day 2.)
