This has been a great addition to our cats’ furniture collection! The smalleryounger cat loves to sleep on the flower on top, which is made of something like memory foam, but a bit denser. I imagine it is somewhat self-heating and also helps to hold onto the heat from the window. My largest cat loves the middle level basket. She will curl up in it for hours and has since I took it out of the box. Her sister is terrified of the entire thing and avoids even being near it. I have no idea why. I picked it because it had 3 levels, and they are always together, but it has not appealed to her yet. I ordered two of these for my cats as they are both over 12#. They love sitting on the top perch as it's big enough for them to sprawl out on and it's high enough that they can see out of the widow. Me and my cats love this cat wheel! The costumer service is excellent! I thought I have missing parts! I reported it and they answered me in a second to tell me they are arrangingto send me those parts. Later I find them in the box hiding between the styrofoam.. I emailed them to cancel it. I have all the parts! The assembly was pretty easy for me. Went to look through the pictures first , then put it together step by step as it was recommended! The wheel turning smoothly and pretty quiet too. My cats love the top bed. Which I wish It would be a little bigger as they love to sleep there together. I started to teach them how to use it .. , but we all have to give some time until they will feel comfortable to use it . The wheel stopper is great so when I am at work I can close it . Also I got peel and stick contact paper to cover the outside of the wheel. Those gaps between the panels it’s not that safe. One cat used it the other cat was trying to catch the wheel. The bottom metal piece is extremely heavy and it is so difficult to screw in the 3 metal bars from the bottom. The screws took forever to get going and were very difficult to screw in. When we used a drill, it snapped the screw in half. There’s no soft surface for the cats either, you have to put something separate on top. The cat tree is PERFECT. The middle platform is nice,big n flat. I use that level to feed my cat so my dog can’t get to his food. My cat lays on the top level and watches the birds outside at the feeders. He loves it! It’s a simple design and has the bigger flat platforms, they are easy for my older cat to step up to the next level, I wish they would make one exactly like this one but taller,with a big cushioned top platform n this simple design. I would definitely buy as he needs another one, but taller to look out the garage window as he likes to hang out there n sleep.
