Don’t buy awful quality for the price. And beware their warranty and return process, nightmare.

Bought as firm - felt ok’ish when it arrived. One guest has used it for 5 weeks. It is SOFT! The side used is literally without any support now.

Love this bed, but I wish we would have ordered the extra firm for more support. This bed still offers great back support, though.

The mattress is mushy and non-supportive. This is my second time exchanging. The one I received for my oldest daughter was in fact FIRM, There is a 50/50 chance on getting a good FIRM mattress. Quality control needs to do a better job with inspection...it's too much of a hassle to keep returning.
